Taking everyone's advice on here and devoting a big chunk of my daily practice to the metronome. I pause the tab video and hit one note per click and gradually increase the BPM's. I really hope this helps fix my sloppy playing. It's not bad so far and kind of like meditation in way...

My EHS coworker had a melt down this past Friday and I don't think he's coming back on Monday. We have a handful of exceptional ignorant and difficult employees. How do you all handle situations like these and talk people off the ledge? HR and upper management are not much help unfortunately.

I'm considering buying a 1969 Goya G17 Grand Concert style for $300. I'm still a beginner guitarist and like the idea of having an extra guitar to play in addition to my Alhambra 1 OP. I'm not a fan of the fret markers but I like the idea of antique guitars. Do you all think this will be worth it?
