Are you using FlyingBlue miles? If so, no you can’t use your Platinum benefits, because the ticket will be linked to your FlyingBlue number.

Thanks for the reply. Yes would use Flying Blue miles as mile cost is lower than basic econ with DL, before factoring in the 20% bonus when transferring from Chase to Flying Blue. Will likely just spend a few more points to book direct with DL and be able to leverage Platinum benefits.
