Is it rude to request a more experienced stylist at the same salon?

We are doing our own florals, but I am clueless! Our budget is about $500 for a 120 person. Bridal bouquet inspo on top, tablescapes middle, color palette bottom. What flowers are decently affordable to achieve this vibe? Where have y'all bought bulk flowers (TJ + Costco seem to have limited opts)?

Any experience doing mismatch color bridesmaid dresses? I love how rich it makes the palette look, but am having a hard time picturing the grooms side. Mismatch color suit may be too difficult to find, but 1 solid color/traditional black feels like it may be unbalanced. Photo examples appreciated!!
