SEGWAY GT FRONT SUSPENSION ISSUE. If your suspension is clunking, file a claim through the app to get a replacement set w tools. I just installed mine and adjusted it to my (205 lbs) liking: preload nut (8 threads), front damper set to SLOW -3, and rear damper set to -2. What a world of difference.
