Why will the voltage screen on my dualtron fast charger not turn on while I’m charging my scooter?

My dualtron thunder 2 brakes will loose oil or air will go in the brakes every time they get bled/ put oil in them. Can anyone tell me if this residue left on the caliper is oil? And how can I fix this cause they have been bled 3 times and the problem is still there

How to fix my lights, I had them all red for some time, and when I try to change it to any other colour or animation, the stem dosent change colour but the rest does, I imagine it’s a connection problem, anyone know how to fix it?
