Ok so we have all agreed on the GOAT for genjustu and taijutsu users but what about the last one (Ninjutsu) ? Edo’s and Otsutsuski’s don’t count so Hashirama and Isshiki isn’t doing it . Our champion would have to be born or alive at the start of the OG Naruto series.
